you promissed 5-7 days delivery, 12 days after order i had to go for a buisiness trip and when i came back it was to late to pick it up.

It took 4 bussines days (our shipping time 4-7 bussines days) to reach Sweden and get you notification about picking up your order from from service point (April 8) after dispach (April 2). From what you sad, you have left for bussines trip April 10. Please note that there is a processing time prior to dispatch! shipping and processing do not occur over weekends.
